You may be thinking, “What are IOD alphas?” and “How can I use them to totally transform my creations?” If so, you’re in the right place. IOD typography stamps and moulds (or, as we like to call them, IOD alphas) give you the power to add custom text in various sizes and font styles.

What really makes IOD alphas special? Their versatility! IOD alphas lend themselves to many, many projects, whether you’re creating seasonal word wall art, labeling the plants in your garden, or incorporating distressed vintage typography into your furniture flips. These are a must-have in your craft corner.

IOD’s alpha stamps are most commonly used with IOD Decor Ink and chalk or mineral-type paint. IOD alpha moulds are used with IOD Air Dry Clay, resin, and even fondant. You can also use food coloring to add all kinds of word art to your sweets. No more tracing Happy Birthday with a piping bag into your kids or grandkids' cakes! Don’t forget to save a set for baked goods only. No one likes paint in their fondant. 😉

IOD Typography Stamps (a.k.a IOD Alphas)

Apothecary Labels Stamp

This set features four 6”x6” sheets in their own case, with individual envelopes for each sheet. The stamps themselves have a subtle tint to make them easier to see and find, reducing your chance of misplacing them. While we can’t promise you’ll NEVER lose a letter stamp again, we hope this helps.😉

Victoria Mould

Victoria is a woodsy nature-inspired dimensional font perfect for home decor signage, DIY picture frames, or everyday use. This creates a seamless release of your casting as the letters are more delicate in shape than some of our other designs.

TIP: If using clay, pop those moulds in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before demoulding to help release those small elements. For perfect letters, resin is a sure bet! 

Harper Mould

Harper is inspired by the serif font style that tends to feel more personal and traditional than sans serif fonts.
