There were a few quick tips from the video that we wanted to highlight for you!
- If you have extra resin after your main pour, use up the extra to make castings you can use for future projects.
- When placing your resin-cast moulds onto a surface, especially when it is a complex casting like the Juliette Mould, gently pop out your casting before the resin fully sets. This allows you to glue it securely onto your desired surface, ensuring a perfect fit while the resin remains flexible.
We also love the concept of her “Try it Tuesday” series (which this video is a part of). She encourages you never to be too intimidated to try something new - and we couldn’t agree more! Remember, putting in the reps and honing your skills is how you achieve results.
