There are no limits on which IOD products you can use—but IOD must be a prominent part of your design in some way. This could be through moulds, stamps, transfers, paint inlays or any combination that helps bring your basket to life.

📜 IOD Spring Basket Challenge — Terms & Conditions

By entering the IOD Spring Basket Challenge, participants agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• The challenge is open to individuals 18 years or older.
• Open to both the general public and IOD stockists.
• Employees of Iron Orchid Designs and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible to win prizes.

2. Entry Requirements

• Entries must feature Iron Orchid Designs (IOD) products as a prominent part of the design.
• There is no limit to which IOD products may be used.
• Entries must be original work created by the participant.
• Limit one entry per person per category (maximum of two entries total across public categories).
• Stockists may submit one entry in the Stockist Category only and are not eligible to enter public categories.

3. Submission Guidelines

• All entries must be submitted through the official challenge platform (details provided in the announcement).
• Submissions must be received by April 6 at 11:59 PM PST.
• IOD reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, or does not align with brand standards.

4. Voting & Judging

• Public voting will take place from April 7 through April 10.
• All categories (including the Stockist Category) will be determined by public voting conducted through the official platform.
• Artisan Picks (4 winners) will be selected separately by IOD Artisans.
• Voting is limited according to platform rules and may include fraud protection measures.
• IOD reserves the right to monitor and remove fraudulent or suspicious voting activity.
• All decisions are final.

5. Prizes

• Public Category Winners (2): Each will receive a curated selection of IOD products valued at $150.
• Stockist Category Winner: Will receive $150 IOD store credit.
• Artisan Picks (4 winners): Each will receive one IOD product.
• Top 5 in Each Category: Will be featured across IOD social channels and email.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Content Authenticity

• Entries must reflect the actual, physical project as created by the participant.
• The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate, alter, enhance, or significantly modify images is not permitted.
• Basic edits such as cropping, lighting, and color correction are allowed; however, any edits that materially change the appearance of the project or add elements not physically present will result in disqualification.
• IOD reserves the sole right to determine whether an entry has been altered in violation of these guidelines.

7. Use of Content

• By entering, participants grant Iron Orchid Designs the right to use submitted photos, videos, and descriptions for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
• Proper credit will be given when possible.

8. Conduct

• Participants agree to engage respectfully within the community.
• Any attempt to manipulate voting, submit fraudulent entries, or violate these terms may result in disqualification.

9. Timeline

• Submissions: March 19 – April 6, 2026
• Voting: April 7 – April 10, 2026
• Winners Announced: April 14, 2026

10. General

• IOD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the challenge at any time if necessary.
• Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
