DIY Vintage French Flea Market Flower Pot

When Josie and I were preparing to go on a trip together this past month we were in a bit of a frenzy. ( What’s new you say? hmmm. it’s true… this is not new) So we were all about town buying up little lost things in need of love to use in our booth. We had to leave half of them behind because they wouldn’t travel well and now we have a long list of fun projects to share with you all! Fun, yes? Now aren’t you sorry for the “What’s New?” comment?

I’ve had this box of pretty little terra cotta pots that my daughter graciously painted white for me… I didn’t have any chalk paint, so she just used house paint that I found in the garage. It was nice and flat or matte you might say, so it worked very well. They’ve made me happy, these little pots piled up together in the corner of my craft room. So, when my Olivia and Phoebe bought some seed packets from the dollar store ( zinnias and morning glories to be specific ) I knew I needed to finish these pots in preparation for the planting! I mean, how pretty are zinnias going to look in a white pot all vintaged up??

I just ADORE how it came out, exactly like I pictured!

Here are the plants that my girls are starting. I promised them I’d share them with you all!
